i recently recived wot this seller said was a brand new iphone but when it arrived it was scratched dented and crackd at bottom of screen and has hole by the button i wud say i want half the money i payed back but dont think they will do it

I bought an Apple iPhone 8gb on the pretence that it would be able to do everything I wanted it to however i have had a fair few issues with it and am now frustrated and looking for replacement products.
I am bored. Pure and simple. There is NO MMS messaging facility on it which is frustrating and i dont see the point in paying to put stuff on it when it was hammed up to being the best thing since sliced white! at £0.79p a track on iTunes its expensive and annoying that it wont read other track formats therefore making it difficult to transfer music. The selection of ringtones are awful to be honest and it is a bulky large piece of kit. The camera isnt great and it has frozen and even broken on me a few times and the only way to sort this out is to keep doing factory resets (Grrrrr :< Very Annoying)
The only good points about this phone is the iPod function but hey iPods are cheaper and work in the same way, It does not work through cars i was told that this would simply hook up through my car and enable me to listen to the expensive music through my car stereo but NO it wont work. the text messaging is good that you can keep the string of conversation going (obviously useful in a number of ways ;>) but that is it!
DEFFINATELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

the iPhone is a quality peice of equipment no doubt.
It's a must have gadget and anyone who has the money to spare... this is a good thing to spend it on.
Although (I never bought it off here) Don't buy it off Amazon!
They're going for £99-£156 at o2. and £345-£391 on Pay as you go
Be aware before you buy.

Go Buy 2000 supply their products without any means of identification whatsoever. The brand new product I purchased came with, no means of initiating the warranty period and the authenticity of the product could not be verified. I believe that other sellers products are genuine but Go Buy 2000 supplied a so-called brand new product to me in a re-sealable plastic bag! and not a blister-pack as advertised. They will also tell you that Amazon advise them not to refund postage costs. This is of course a lie. Of course Amazon do not advise their sellers not to refund postage. Judging by the feedback Go Buy 2000 are getting it can only be a matter of time before Amazon suspend their account. If you don't want to be disappointed please use another seller

I purchased this brilliant smartphone, and I must say it delivers virtually all of what the manufacturers promise. It must be good when an author who, I've been reading for a couple of years now, writes about spy's and hi-tech stuff includes it in his novel's - The Constantine Legacy and Dead Men Men Don't Bite. Both are extremly enjoyable reads, by the way...
